The headlights work on a totally different relay than the parking and fog lights. The headlight relay or headlight fuse is usually blown when only the parking and fog lights work.

I don't know about the headlight yet, my truck has the same problem. but about the parking lights. your switch is bad, mine is too. i just bypassed it with a new switch that i put into the dash. I would start with replacing the head light switch
