You need a new door lock actuator
The fuse panel is located under the dash drivers side. It can also be that the remote battery is dead.
I open the back and change the battery, if that does not work I see if the internal contacts can be cleaned and if they need to be cleaned. If the cleaned contacts don't work I buy a new one and have it programed for the car.
Your remote might need replaced, the buttons are probably worn out. They usually don't last for 10 years!
