Are the comericials for the Toyota Tundra real?

Apparently they are. I just came to the internet to see what I could find about those commercials, to see if the driver was wearing a parachute (for the cliff commercial), or if they were just computer generated.

But according to a story in USA today, Toyota and their advertising company claim the commercials are real and are not computer assisted.
