or you could just change your high compresion pistons to low compresion ones and buy a t5 turbo

To separate the transmission from the motor on a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT, first ensure the vehicle is securely elevated and supported. Disconnect the battery, then remove the driveshafts, starter motor, and any electrical connections or sensors linked to the transmission. After that, unbolt the transmission from the engine, typically located at the bellhousing, and carefully slide the transmission away from the engine while ensuring that the clutch components do not get damaged. It's essential to follow a service manual for specific torque values and steps unique to your vehicle.
To add transmission fluid to a Mitsubishi 3000GT, first, ensure the vehicle is on level ground and the engine is warm. Locate the transmission dipstick, which is usually found near the back of the engine bay. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, and then insert it back to check the fluid level; if it’s low, use a funnel to add the appropriate type of transmission fluid through the dipstick tube. Be sure to check the fluid level again after adding, and avoid overfilling.
On a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT, the crankshaft position sensor is typically located near the engine's flywheel or crankshaft, often mounted on the engine block. It can be found on the driver's side of the engine, near the transmission bell housing. To access it, you may need to remove some components for better visibility and space. Always consult a repair manual for specific guidance related to your vehicle.

To refill the transmission fluid in a 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is warm. Remove the transmission fluid dipstick and use a funnel to add the appropriate type of transmission fluid (usually Mitsubishi SP-III or equivalent) through the dipstick tube until the level reaches the proper mark. Start the engine and cycle through the gears to ensure the fluid circulates, then recheck the fluid level and add more if necessary. Finally, replace the dipstick securely.
yeah its possible...but u have to get intake and exhaust swapped as well
The firing order for a 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT, which has a V6 engine, is 1-2-3-4-5-6. This means that the cylinders fire in that specific sequence to ensure smooth engine operation. The cylinder numbering typically starts from the front of the engine, with cylinder 1 being on the driver's side.
Yes sure you can. ___________________________________________________ I wouldn't recommend it, if you are referring to the automatic in an sl, because, with all due respect (I'm a huge Mitsubishi fan), they were quite inferior with an average lifespan of 75,000-100,000 if you're lucky. If that's what you're asking I would DEFINITELY recommend using the getrag manual gearbox that were offered for the 3000gt's.
To trace the engine serial number on your Mitsubishi 3000GT, first, locate the engine bay and look for a small metal plate or stamp on the engine block itself. The engine serial number is typically found on the passenger side of the engine, near the front or rear. If you're having difficulty finding it, consult your owner's manual or a service manual for specific details. Additionally, you can contact a Mitsubishi dealership for assistance in locating and verifying the serial number.
3000gt's never came with a 2.4l engine
