As far as I know yes.

No, generally speaking the only civics that rolled off the factory line with a VTEC under the hood where the Si trim cars. I can't say for sure but usually a VTEC has the VTEC name on the valve cover (top of the engine).
The thermostat is inside of the top radiator hose inlet on top of the engine. The hose and the housing will have to be removed to access the housing.
If you are asking what it is its a nonvtec single cam engine with a vtec single cam head on top of the block
The VTEC oil pressure switch on a 1998 Acura 2.3CL is typically located on the engine block, near the VTEC solenoid. It is usually positioned on the driver's side, near the rear of the engine, and can be accessed from the top or the side of the engine bay. To locate it more easily, you may need to remove any obstructing components. Make sure to consult a service manual for precise details and diagrams.
200 kmph
i assume you question is can u have a vtec engine with out changing the original engine... simple. the answer is no... u want vtec, you have to get the whole engine. other wise you can modify you standard one with cams, pod, headers puter etc etc... good luck yes you can make a h23 prelude a vtec you just need the h22 heads along with ecu cause h23 ecu dosent support vtec, also theres a plug you got to pop out on the top of the h23 block.easier yet just put the h22 in the car. you really wont gain that much more from a 2.3 displacement only about 15 torqe and 10 hp give or take
The 1995 VTEC 4 cylinder was limited to 120mph, so I would bet the 94 is about the same.
The ignition timing for a 2002 Honda Civic with a VTEC engine typically ranges from 12 to 16 degrees before top dead center (BTDC) at idle with the engine fully warmed up. However, it's important to consult the vehicle's service manual or a repair guide for the specific timing setting, as it may vary based on engine type and modifications. Always ensure that the timing is set correctly to maintain optimal engine performance and fuel efficiency.
The 2.2 liter VTEC (H22A) engine recommends top grade (premium) fuel due to higher compression. You may use lower grade (lower octane) fuel but run the risk of damaging the engine and will surely reduce engine performance and reduce fuel economy.
The top of the line EX model has heated seats on newer Accords.
The V-tec engine makes a huge difference in racing. The V-Tec allows for power at high revs contra to lower rev power engines. Its main difference between stock engines is that it's acceleration is much better than a stock engine. Top end speed should be about the same.
