Not sure why you think you need to? Once the tire is filled you need to check it but not change it. Depending on the tire you may need to add or remove air for the conditions of the road but that is all. Check the side of the tire for the correct inflation pressure and then fill as necessary. If too full then just press the internal release at the fill nozzle to remove some air.

My 2003 4 runner is recommended for 32psi. Check the drivers door jam. On it you will most likely find a sticker telling you the correct tire pressure.
Check the door jam on the drivers side of the 4 Runner you will most likely find a sticker there that tells you the right tires for your 4 Runner.

Tundra's do not have cabin air filters ----------------------- The Cabin air filter is behind the Glove box. It the same for the 2003 Toyota 4 Runner and the Tundra. It's simple to change. The instructions come with a new "Cabin air Filter" I just changed the one in the 03 4 Runner and 08 Tundra and it only took 5 minuets each.
