the real answer to your question is - the bulbs are burned out - the blue tipped ones can only be found at Lexus for $9.00 a peice - the needles are another matter. by best suggestion is to send the dash to DNASPEEDOMETERS @HOTMAIL.COM in Florida. for $190. they will rebuild the whole thing - takes about 10 days from send to getting in back. save yourself time and money and just do it. i tried to fix it my self and it cost me $160 before i sent it to them. somethings you just can't fix yourself.
