To disable or unplug the ABS in a 2007 Honda Civic, you can locate the ABS module, which is usually found near the brake master cylinder. Disconnect the electrical connector from the ABS module to disable its functionality. Additionally, you can remove the ABS fuse from the fuse box to prevent the system from operating. However, it's important to note that disabling the ABS can compromise vehicle safety and handling, so it should only be done for specific purposes, such as troubleshooting.
You can pull the fuse but in doing so you also take out the ABS in the process.

To unplug the horn on a 2007 PT Cruiser, you'll need to access the horn relay, which is typically located in the fuse box under the hood. First, disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Then, remove the relay for the horn to disable it, or you can also disconnect the horn wire directly from the horn itself, which is usually located near the front grille. Always consult the vehicle's manual for specific instructions and locations.
Note - this is from what I've researched. I'm getting ready to buy an '08 Tahoe and I have the same question. From what I understand, it's very simple. There is a plug that runs underneath the driver's seat, and you simply unplug that cable at the connector. The guy had an '07 Tahoe and he said it stopped the seatbelt chime. Or ask the dealer for seatbelt extenders and leave the extenders plugged in. That's what I did in my 07 Sierra. Dealer ship gave me the extenders free when I bought the truck. Probably because I looked like I needed them.
You may find it inside the frame rail towards the rear. The button may be covered with undercoating and hard to see.
