To change the rear side glass on a Civic the old glass must be removed from its adhesive. Using special edge tool separate the glass from the car. Do so around all the edges and remove the old glass. Be sure to use proper automobile glass glue on the replacement glass.
The rear brake lights on a 1995 Honda Civic can be reach vial the rear hatch. Open the hatch in look for the plastic cover for the rear lights. Remove the cover to reveal the light plugs. Pull and replace the bulbs.

Bolted to the rear of the engine. Normally it is on the drivers side, but not always.
Look at the rear or side of the oil pan
The 1998 Honda Civic takes 20" drivers side and 19" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades. (If applicable, the rear wiper blade is 16")
You will have to remove the rear door panel to gain access to the inside of the door. In the door there is a brace directly under the molding that separates the Fixed glass from the window. If you undo that brace the old fixed part will come out and ou can slide the new window in. It took me less than an hour to replace mine.
