Code is 1 1 1 1. Enter the numbers using the radio selection push buttons. First buton is 1st number, 2nd button is 2nd number, 3rd button is 3rd number, 4th button is 4th number. One push of the first button will enter a 1 (2 pushes a 2,etc.) So...just push the 4 side by side butoons 1 time each and the code 1111 will enter on the screen. Then push the volume button and you are all done.

You insert the code with the radio presets. Just push the reset # that corresponds to the radio preset. If you have locked the radio up just leave it on for a few hours and it will reset so you can enter the code again.

If you don’t have the code, consult your vehicle’s manual or contact a dealership for assistance.

Best bet is to go to an Audi/VW dealership, and have them reset the radio by using a VAGCOM. The other option would be to purchase a VAGCOM yourself (http://www.ross-tech.com/). Of course if you have the actual reset code, you can enter it in manually. I can't tell you specifically how to enter it on the Audi radio, since I have an Audi Navigation system, and the controls are different. But it should be a combination of using Volume and Seek (or other keys the would allow for scrolling) to enter in the code.
