To adjust the width of the headlights on a 1995 Mitsubishi Lancer, first, park the vehicle on a level surface about 10-25 feet away from a wall. Turn on the headlights and mark the center of the light beams on the wall. Locate the horizontal adjustment screws, typically found on the headlight assembly, and turn them clockwise or counterclockwise to align the beams to the marked points. Repeat this process for the other headlight to ensure both are properly aligned.
there are 2 adjustment screws for the lancer 95 model...the first screw is located near the radiator(of course both sides) the other one is almost at the edge of the of your hood..if your going to adjust the height or the beam of your headlight you should adjust the screw near the hood(but you need patience in adjusting your headlight) if you want your beam higher you should turn the screw to the right but if you want it lower just turn in to the left...like what i said you need a lot of patience in adjusting the headlights...the other screw is for adjusting the width of your beam...
