How hard is it to change the rear main seal in my 1992 toyota pickup , with the 3.0 V6
I have a 91 Celica ST and it does the same exact thing,I haven't went in to it to fix but I would assume where ever the switch when your door opens is faulty.
A 2000 Toyota Camry has an ignition switch fuse location in the main fuse panel. It helps protect the switch and the rest of the ignition system from surges.

Main fuse is black and 100 amp fuse is a safety fuse controling all elect part in your car like a house braker. If your in a crash and a short happen this main fuse will pop frist not brune up all elect parts hope this help you tony

use somethin like your keys to push the middle of the screw holding the cover in place down. Then remove the screw, real simple and easy, main dealer will charge you £70!!
I had it done 2 years ago and it cost 400$ CDN. I went to Minute Tune They have to drop the transmission to get at it so its not cheap. Part was only 30$ Good Luck!
If it is the rear main seal that is leaking, the tranny must be separated from the engine housing.
