I am a female and yesterday i just changed my fuel pupm and filter which is located underneath the backseat inside the gas tank. You may need an assistant to help you because some of the hoses got in my way.
First of course you have to remove the back seat. There is a black lever under the right and left side of the bottom of the seat. Once you remove the seat there is a silver, square lid that is held down by four (4) phillip head screws. remove this carefully because there are wires and plugs inside that you do not want to rip off.
once you unscrew that piece, unplug the blue and black sockets. There are two hoses that need to be disconnected. the hard, black plastic piece must be removed by using a hammer and flathead. Carefully bang it counterclockwise to remove. Once that that piece is off, pull up the canister (it is a white canister) BE CAREFUL!! THIS IS FULL OF GAS AND NEEDS TO DRAIN!! Once it drains the canister must be taken apart to reveal the pump . There are alot of steps to do that but if you look at it you can figure out how to disassemble the canister.
I hope that this was helpful.
If you are referring to an electric antenna, there should be a snap-connector to the motor assembly-just remove it.
Unbolt it.
# Disconnect negative battery cable # Raise truck and secure it # Remove the fuel tank # Disconnect the vapor hoses from the canister and remove the canister retaining nut then remove the canister

To remove the EVAP canister on a Nissan Sentra, first ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is off. Disconnect the negative battery terminal, then locate the canister, typically found near the fuel tank or under the vehicle. Remove any mounting bolts and disconnect the hoses and electrical connectors attached to the canister. Finally, carefully take out the canister and replace it with a new one if needed.
To replace the expansion valve on a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant, first, ensure the AC system is fully discharged to avoid refrigerant release. Remove the dashboard panel and the evaporator case cover to access the valve. Disconnect the refrigerant lines and the electrical connector from the old expansion valve, then remove it from the evaporator. Install the new valve, reconnect the lines, and reassemble the dashboard before recharging the AC system.
To replace the instrument panel lights in a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove the screws securing the instrument panel bezel and carefully pull it away to access the gauge cluster. Unscrew the cluster from the dashboard, then twist the bulb sockets counterclockwise to remove them and replace the old bulbs with new ones. Reassemble the cluster, bezel, and reconnect the battery.
To change the blinker switch on a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant, first disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Remove the steering column cover by unscrewing the screws and gently prying it apart. Once exposed, locate the blinker switch, disconnect its wiring harness, and remove the screws securing it in place. Install the new switch by reversing the process, ensuring everything is securely fastened before reconnecting the battery.
