There is a leak somewhere in the air conditioning system. Mechanic shops have a special dye they can add to the system to find the leak.
I had the same problem with my caprice a few weeks back. The water shouldn't be dripping from the back, it should be dripping on the rear passenger side floor board. That is caused by the heater core being bad, which is causing the water to seek through the carpet and drip out the back floor board.
The water could be coming from a coolant leak higher than the plugs on the engine. Look around the head for signs of any leak as it is possible that there is a head gasket leak.
There is a conditioning system drain hose. Eventually it starts to leak inside of the car. Fix the hose.
