I had the same problem. I had to remove the bulb (careful not to touch it with your fingers). Then I took a piece of cardboard and rollied it into a cone-shaped tube. I taped it one end to a hair dryer and inserted the other end into the hole where the bulb goes and left it on for about 15 minutes. Make sure all of the moisture is gone and be sure to seal the boot that covers the bulb so moisture does not get in.

open hood. just behind light assembly there are two white nylon clips pull up then slide off nipples on back of light assembly. pull the whole light assembly out of front of car unhook the plug and light is free. reverse for installation.
You are going to have to replace the entire Headlamp Assembly, very expensive.
Remove the fasteners and electrical connection from behind the assembly and slide the assembly out the front.

To remove the front light assembly on a 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII, first, open the hood and locate the retaining screws or bolts securing the assembly. Remove these fasteners, then gently pull the light assembly forward to release it from the clips. Disconnect the wiring harness by pressing the release tab and pulling it away. Finally, take out the assembly completely from the vehicle.
Pop the hood. Remove the front shroud cover to expose the radiator and light assemblys. Remove the head lamp assembly by removing the vertical light brackets. These brackets are vertical metal holders for the lamp assembly. They are removed by pulling up and there are two per side. You will see them once you remove the front shroud cover which exposed the light assembly's. The light brackets will have hard rubber attached to the top on each one to facilitate their removeall. Once you have removed the brackets, the entire light assembly will slide forward. You will need to guide the wiring so that you can slide the light assembly forward. Once you have the entire assembly slid forward you can remove the light socket from the back of the assembly and change the bulb.
Open hood, there will be 2 black metal slide locks in the back of the light assembly. After that, work the light assembly out the front, disconnect the plug and change out the light.
Remove the headlight assembly and you will have access to the parking light bulb.

To change the rear brake lights on a Mazda Tribute, first, open the rear hatch and remove the screws or clips holding the tail light assembly in place. Carefully pull the assembly away from the vehicle. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the old bulb by twisting it counterclockwise. Insert the new bulb, reconnect the electrical connector, and reattach the tail light assembly. Finally, test the new brake light to ensure it's functioning properly.
To remove the front fog light from a 2005 Nissan, first, ensure the vehicle is turned off and the fog lights are cool. Locate the fog light assembly under the front bumper; you may need to remove the screws or clips securing the assembly. Once accessible, disconnect the wiring harness and carefully twist or pull out the fog light bulb or assembly. Reverse the process to install a new fog light if needed.
