open the tailgate and on the side of the assemblies you will see 2 star screws . undo them and the assembly will turn outward toward the side of the bed . down by the backup light will be the wiring harness unplug it . there are 2 screws holding a panel to the back of the assembly undo them and the bulbs are inside . they are plug in and not the normal 1156 and 1157s so be sure you have the right ones before you do this or it means a 2nd trip to the store . should be 2 3157s and 1 single filiment for the back ups t31 or t57 something like that .
