release hood, look inside and you will see a round handle behind headlight and pull it towards steering wheel, this releases the light assembly so you can access the rear of it. Remember these are plastic assemblies so do not yank with all your might because you will break the assembly.
Remove the headlight assembly and you will have access to the parking light bulb.

Once you have the assembly out, unscrew the round read cover, move the headlight out of the way and use needle nose pliers to pull the position lamp receptacle up and out. Replace the bulb and reassemble.
