Locate the fuse panel under the hood as follows: See the battery? Go up a little. See that black box with what looks like a "button" on it? Twist that button counter-clockwise until it is "wobbly". Open the cover from wheel well side. Check the inside of the cover. The diagram is mapped out exactly as you see it in the box. "WNDW" means "window". I am not sure if there is a "fuse" per se, but there definitely is a relay (Small, grey, cube-sized fuse). If you don't see a fuse, try looking under the dashboard on the driver's side near the door and directly below the cruise control and TCS switches. It should be out in the open, uncovered. The box is yellow-ish in color.
