I don't see how you could program one key fob for two cars unless possibly if they both also used identical ignition keys. The method for programming them is to turn ignition on and off 10 times in 30 seconds, get a beep, and then press button on fob. If you also press a button on a second fob, it will open the car in question but not a second car. Getting two cars to randomize to the same code is practically impossible, so even with two identical keys the practical answer is no. Maybe this is something the dealer could arrange.
