To add Freon (refrigerant) to your Mazda B2500 truck, first locate the low-pressure service port, usually found on the larger diameter A/C line. Attach the refrigerant canister to the port with the engine running and A/C set to maximum. Open the valve on the canister slowly while monitoring the pressure gauge, ensuring it stays within the recommended range. After adding the refrigerant, disconnect the canister and check for any leaks.

Just changed mine last night not a fun job, but with a 3/8 swivel and a long extension you can reach them. Cylinder one is the one closest to firewall on drivers side is easier to get to from under the vehicle. Remember to put the little handles back on the wires positioned under the manifold will make it much easier.
It should be on the left side under the hood next to the coolant tank, you see a placed marked for freon. Be careful though A/C units run on pressure if you put to much in it could be a mistake.
