open hood, find the light that is out. disconnect wire hook up from it. unscrew retainer from light. pull out light.
put in new light. make sure you do not touch glass part of new light, the oil on your hand will make new light burn out faster. replace light retainer. and hook up wires.
turn on lights to see if they work.

Remove the head light cover plate, then remove head light braket, once you have done that pull the light out and un-plug it.
bad ground or wire connection somewhere could be shorted too or bad headlight if its immediate would say wiring trydisconecting plugs from headlights and see what happens

Why is Infinity G20 1995 occasionally not starting. I have to put it in neutural to start.
I believe '91-'94 are compatible.
