Remove the Right side 2nd cover (2 Bolts)
To remove the second-row seats from a 2004 Mercury Monterey, start by locating the release levers or bolts at the base of the seats. If they are equipped with release levers, pull them to unlock the seats, then lift and pull the seats out of their tracks. If the seats are bolted down, use a socket wrench to remove the bolts securing them to the floor before lifting them out. Always ensure you have adequate help, as these seats can be heavy and awkward to maneuver.
To remove the second-row seats from a 1992 GMC Vandura 2500, first, locate the bolts securing the seats to the floor. It may be helpful to have a second person assist due to the weight of the seats.

To remove the second row seats in a 2007 Mercury Monterey van, first ensure the seats are in the upright position. Locate the release levers or buttons on the base of the seat; these are usually found on the front or side of the seat. Pull or press the levers to unlock the seat from its brackets, then gently lift the seat out of the van. For safety, ensure the area is clear and ask for assistance if the seats are heavy.

Yea they fit. But modifications need to be done. The back seat back rest is one piece in a 2nd gen and two pieces in a 1st gen. So you have to make your own bolt holes. And the latch for the front of the but rests in the back seats need to be modified a bit. As for the front seats the brakets are to wide in a 2nd gen compared to the 1st gen so you have to also with make a new braket or move the braket which would require bolting it in yourself. But I did it so it's doable it took me a day.
The rear seats on 2nd generation Camaros (not sure about the other generations but I believe they are the same) are 3 separate pieces: the back is one piece and the seat bottoms are separate pieces. 1. Grab the bottom seats (where you put your butt) by the sides and push towards the rear of the car (they'll move about an inch) and then yank upwards... they're held in by clips built into in the floor pan that clip directly to the seat. 2. The seat back is held in place by tabs that run along the package tray at the top and 2 bolts at the bottom. At the bottom of the seat back on each side you'll see a large bolt with a fender washer on it. (3/4"??? It's been a while I forget the size.) Remove those and slide the seat back upwards and it should come right off. (An excellent source of information for 2nd generation Camaros is www.NastyZ28.com)

I have an '02 venture that had the guides accientally broken on the floor latches, this actually helped because with those gone you can put the seats in any number of combinations. My favorite is the rear seats up front or just the little front seat centered between driver and passenger seats. We keep the back row open unless we have extra riders.
