honestly god bless Toyota's forthought! haha the 2j is not much different from the 7m honestly get the electical the hell out of the way and then just start unbolting keep track of everythingand work your way down, mostly all you should need is a 12mm 10 mm and maybe a 14mm and some loosener, and i dunno if this helps but you should adjust the torque if this is a blown head gasket related issue, super common problem with the last two generations of both the supra and the celica good luck hope i helped
2JZ-GTE Alone 594 lbs+ Getrag Six Speed 746lbs
No, a 7M-GTE block will not directly bolt up to a 2JZ head. While both engines are part of Toyota's inline-six family and share some design similarities, the bolt patterns and overall dimensions differ. Modifications would be required to make such a combination work, and it's generally not a common practice in the performance community.

Remove the cylinder head from your VW engine. Remove the head gasket and clean the head gasket surface. Put the new head gasket on and return the cylinder head to its original position.
To remove the head on a Mercedes 312 Sprinter, first remove all components and accessories. Then remove valve covers and loosen the inboard center head bolt. Finally, remove the head.
Remove the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and then remove the head.
