Be careful with the plastic parts on the door, they are kind of fragile. First, lift up on the back part of the padded armrest part of the door. A screwdriver to pry with will help. If the clip breaks, you can just glue it back onto where it broke from. Take out the little round plug in the handle part behind the window switches, and then take out the screw underneath that. Pry up the other part of the armrest that has the window switches in it, and unplug the switches. There will be two hex-headed screws where you just removed the armrest, take those out. Then very gently pry off the small frame around the door handle. It will probably crack but it too can be glued if you want to. Then pry out the clip that holds in the triangle peice right behind the outside mirror. After that, just grab the bottom of the door panel, or pry out a place if you have too, and pull straight out. It is hooked over the window sill at the top, so when you have freed all the clips, lift the panel up.
