I'm wondering if you mean "flex" plate? A "torque plate" is something that's used during engine assembly and I can't imagine bolts seizing for a temporary installation. A "flex" plate is the disk at the rear of the engine in an automatic transmission car (replacing the flywheel of a manual transmission vehicle).
If it's actually flexplate (or any other bolts) that are seized you have a couple of options. First I'd use a liberal amount of penetrating oil on each bolt. Let sit 24 hours. The oil will work its way through rust. If you still can't remove the bolts with an ordinary wrench, try an impact wrench. Your next option is heat. Try heating the bolts with a propane torch then hit them with the impact wrench.
Cheers
Have the alignment checked. I suppose hard acceleration could cause torque steer. I have never experienced that in my 04.
The 2006 Toyota Solara typically requires about 6.5 quarts of transmission fluid for a complete fluid change, including the torque converter. If you are only draining and refilling the transmission pan, it may take around 4-5 quarts. Always consult the owner's manual for the most accurate specifications and recommendations.
To clean the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve on a 2000 Toyota Solara V6, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the EGR valve by unscrewing it from its mounting, then clean it using a carburetor or throttle body cleaner and a soft brush to remove carbon buildup. Make sure to clean the intake passages as well, then reassemble the valve, reconnect the battery, and start the engine to check for proper operation. Always consult your vehicle’s service manual for specific instructions and torque specifications.
To change the rear wheel bearings on a 1999 Toyota Solara, start by safely lifting the vehicle and removing the rear wheels. Next, remove the brake caliper and rotor to access the hub assembly. Once the hub is exposed, remove the hub retaining nut and pull the hub off the axle to access the bearings. Replace the old bearings with new ones, reassemble the hub, and reinstall the brake components and wheels. Remember to torque all bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
To change the valve cover gaskets on a 2002 Toyota Solara V6, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Remove the intake manifold or any necessary components to access the valve covers, then unscrew the valve cover bolts and gently lift off the covers. Clean the surfaces, replace the old gaskets with new ones, and reassemble the covers, ensuring proper torque on the bolts. Finally, reconnect the battery and check for any leaks after starting the engine.

To remove the axle nut on a Toyota Echo, you'll typically need a 30mm socket wrench. It's important to ensure you have a breaker bar or a strong torque wrench, as the axle nut can be quite tight. Always refer to your vehicle's manual for specific details and torque specifications.
