How do you remove the bedliner in a Nissan Frontier?

I did mine today..I have a 2004 Frontier King Cab 6 foot bed. Nissan bedliner that came installed from the dealer. I bought it new. I used a hand held prybar about 1.5 inces wide, another hefty screwdriver, 10 mm socket or wrench. First if you have a bed extender, you need to remove the two rear brackets , makes it easier to get the liner out. use the 10mm wrench or socket. if you are going to leave the liner out for a while you need to put the screws back in as they hold your tail lites in. Pry the liner out of the 2 retainer clips at the rear of the bed, ( about 3 inches long). The front just lifts off the top rail. Then go down each side and pry the liner from under the side rails, there are 3 points that have longer ribs up under the rails that need to be pryed free of the rails. When all sides are loose, get someone to help you lift the liner over the wheel wells and walk it back and out of the bed. The liner is very flexiible and easy to bend to remove. I was really surprised to see the debris that was under the liner and it was wet. I was worried about rust that I cud not see, hence the removal. glad I did. Tomorrow I will pressure wash the bed, touch up the areas that have paint worn off and then wax and re install. I probably will make this a yearly PM item....
