Look under the frigging seat. There are nuts or bolts on the brackets under there holding the seat to the floor. It is up to you to remove the right bolts.

ANSWERIt is under the rear-seat on the Driver's side. Pull up on the front of the seat in it should release. Remove the seat and you will see an access panel with a wire coming out of it. There are four screws to remove this cover.
