There are 4 bolts (3 actually, one is self-tapping plastic screw), essentially one per corner. The bad part is, you will need to lower the bumper to get at 2 of them. I did my passenger side 2 days ago, fortunately it was after a wreck and my bumper was destroyed, so I did not have to do this step.
