There are several different types of, and locations for, fuses in this vehicle but I will assume you are referring to the under-dash fuse panel.
Unless it has been lost somwewhere along the line there should be a fuse puller in the fuse panel that looks like a pair of tweezers. Use this to grab the plastic top of the fuse and gently pull it straight out. If the fuse puller cannot be found, gently use a pair of needle noses pliers to do the same thing.
