To remove the front rotor from a 1995 Kia Sephia, first, ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and securely lift it using a jack. Remove the wheel, then locate and remove the caliper by unscrewing the bolts holding it in place. Once the caliper is off, slide it out of the way and remove the caliper bracket if necessary. Finally, you can pull the rotor off the hub; if it's stuck, gently tap it with a hammer to free it.
