They are located underneath the intake manifold. You must disassemble the intake manifold to get to them. A dealer will charge you around $1100 to do this. If you do it yourself, there are gasket kits available. Once you're that close to having the top end of your engine torn down, you might as well change the water pump, timing belt, and check your cams (there are 4 on that car) for wear. Good luck.
