On the passenger side, bend under the dach, disconnect the coupler, remove the screw of the small hexgonal part and remove the blower motor resistor!
To change the blower motor resistor on a Suzuki SX4, first, disconnect the vehicle's battery to ensure safety. The resistor is typically located behind the glove compartment; you may need to remove the glove box for easier access. Once located, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the screws securing the resistor, and replace it with the new unit. Reassemble everything and reconnect the battery to test the new resistor.
open glow box and take out computor and it is there on the side of blower motor
On a 2007 Suzuki SX4, the blower resistor is typically located behind the glove compartment. To access it, you may need to remove the glove box and possibly some surrounding panels. The resistor is usually mounted to the HVAC housing and connected by wiring harnesses. Always consult the vehicle’s service manual for precise instructions and safety precautions.
On a 1998, it's on the blower motor itself. Good bet it's the same on the 1996. Open the glovebox, push the tabs on the sides so you can open it further. You can see the blower motor. The resistor is the thing the wires attach to. Unplug the connector, and the resistor comes right out with (I believe) just one screw.
