I have a 94' Q45 motor and transmission in my 1991 Q45 - so the answer is "probably".
The OBD-II trouble code P1212 on a 2002 Infiniti Q45 indicates a malfunction in the injector control pressure sensor circuit. This sensor is responsible for monitoring the fuel pressure in the high-pressure fuel system. A fault in this circuit can lead to issues with fuel delivery and engine performance. It is recommended to have the sensor and its circuitry inspected and repaired by a qualified mechanic to ensure proper functioning of the vehicle.
replacement of lighter fuse in a 1998 q45 infiniti
To replace the fuel pump on a Q45 Infiniti, first, relieve the fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and running the engine until it stalls. Disconnect the battery, then access the fuel pump by removing the rear seat and the fuel pump access panel. Disconnect the electrical connectors and fuel lines from the pump, remove the old pump, and install the new one in reverse order, ensuring all connections are secure before reassembling. Finally, reconnect the battery and test the system for leaks.
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
