I just put a new radio/aux power fuse in a 98 accord, the 2000 should be the same. Check the owners manual for fuse and fuse box locations- there should be 3, one on the side of the dash inside the drivers side front door, one in the same location on the passenger side, and one under the hood. The passenger side box is the one you want. The radio fuse should be the top fuse on the right hand column, fuse number nine. Pull it out, a pair of needle-nose pliers will do fine, if the wire in the middle is detached or fried then you've found your problem. The number on the top of the fuse itself is the ampere rating, it will probably be 20, hit the nearest auto parts store and get a pack of 5 for a couple bucks and replace the old with the new and youre on youre way, make sure you purchase fuses with the same rating as the one you just replaced. Good Luck.
