Replacing the lug stud will require removal of the wheel hub. This will require replacement of the spindle nut, and replacing or repacking the bearings. Once the hub is removed, your will need a hydraulic press to remove and and insert the new stud in the hub. If you do not have access to a press, it may be easier to replace the whole hub assembly, P/N 44600-SX0-000 (FR) approx $200 or 42200-SX0-951 (RR) approx $250. You can also call machine shops in your area, many will do the pressing for you for $50 or so.
