Replacement is very simple. Open the trunk, pull the appropriate cover flap back in the trunk liner, identify which socket you need to change the bulb in. Turn the socket to the left and withdraw the socket/bulb combo. Replace the bulb and reassemble. Always change both sides at the same time. Remember the other side has been on the same number of hours as the one you're replacing so it's likely to burn out soon too.
