The most important thing is if its on a 3.0 six cylinder and yours is a 65 inch belt don't try putting on a 64.2 or 64.3 as it will not go on I got the smaller belts from Dayco and goodyear spent all day until I realized that my belt was the longer 65 inch.
Good Year Gatorback 4060650 is a 65" belt and can be purchased at least at Auto Zone. It will fit correctly. The Good Year 4060642 that most stores parts books call for is 64.25 " and is too short. It can be installed on but fails to allow the tensioner to work properly.
***** Subaru OEM # for the 3.0L H6 drive belt is no. 809221100, that will give you metric no. 6PK1640: 1,640 millimeters= 64.5669 inches > AC Delco 6K645 or Dayco 5060645 or Gates K060645 or etc. etc. etc (buy American). *****
