To replace the timing belt cover on a Mazda Millenia, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Remove any obstructions, such as the drive belts and any components blocking access to the timing belt cover. Unscrew the bolts securing the cover and carefully remove it, taking care not to damage the gasket. After replacing the cover with a new gasket, reassemble the components in reverse order and double-check that everything is securely fastened before reconnecting the battery.
