To reset the anti-skid warning light on a Volvo V70, start by turning off the ignition and then disconnect the car's battery for about 10 minutes. Reconnect the battery and start the car to see if the light has turned off. For persistent issues, it's advisable to consult a professional mechanic or a Volvo dealership.
To reset the emission fault light in a 2008 Volvo V70, you can use an OBD-II scanner to clear the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) that triggered the light. Simply plug the scanner into the OBD-II port, read the codes, and follow the prompts to erase them. Alternatively, you can disconnect the battery for a few minutes, which may also reset the light. However, it's essential to address any underlying issues that caused the light to come on to prevent it from returning.
