You will have to do a full global reset. To do this, disconnect both of the battery cables for 5 minutes and then tape or hold them together while they are disconnected for another 2 minutes. Reconnect everything and it will be reset.
not really sure but try this ,some asian autos require you leave battery disconnected a minimum of TEN minutes for the computer to reset.Then you reconnect and it will crank.HONDA'S are famous for this.

Can you be more specific? Was your battery disconnected or did it lose it's charge? If you did not disconnect the computer, it would not need to be reconnected. If your battery was dead or disconnected, simply remove the positive battery cable for about 10 minutes and re-connect it. This should clear your code. Even if the code does not clear you should have no problems with the function of your car.
