If The Odyssey uses the same routine as a Toyota, reset is accomplished by setting the mileage meter to total [as opposed to Trip A, Trip B] and then turning the ignition key to off. Then, holding the mileage reset button down, turning the ignition switch back on...continuing to hold the reset button .... in 5-10 seconds the maintenance 'reminder' light should go out.

It is in Odyssey manual page 324 (Maintenance minder). Under code B many things have to be checked including brakes, tires, tire rod ends etc. code 2 is to replace filters and 4 is to replace spark plugs and timing belt.
To reset the maintenance minder light in a Honda Fit, start by turning the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Press the "Trip" button until the display shows the maintenance menu. Then, with the maintenance minder displayed, press and hold the "Trip" button for about 10 seconds until the light goes off. Finally, turn off the ignition, and the reset should be complete.
go to a Honda dealership and get them to program it for you :)
The Odyssey uses a timing belt. Maintenance interval is around 105,000 miles.
