On the front of the motor above the belts there is a black plastic box. Thake out the 2 bolts and you will see 2 cables. The one on the left is idle cable. There are nuts holdint it in place. Loosin the nuts and find the the rpm you want to idle at at tighten nuts.

Most use 87 octane but some use 89 or 91 octane. The correct grade is listed in your owners manual.
Check the 91 Legend for a bad knock sensor. Check the timing for proper setting, and check for any vacuum leaks.
I had the same problem, try running a bottle of Lucas oil fuel cleaner through your gas tank, also, changing your fuel filter.
