Power gets to a 300ZX coil through the ignition system, which includes the ignition switch, ignition relay, and wiring harness. When the ignition key is turned, power flows from the battery through the ignition switch to the ignition relay, which then sends voltage to the coil. The engine control unit (ECU) also plays a role by controlling the timing of the spark, allowing the coil to generate a high-voltage spark needed to ignite the fuel-air mixture in the engine's cylinders.
your coil is bad replace with new on
replace coil springs in a nissan 300zx
I don't think it has one. There is a power transistor unit that connects to the coil packs.
that means power is still getting to the ignition coil. make sure that nothing is connected to the terminals on the coil.
its coil packs
No.
The replacement coil part#s are the same, from the store... so yes.
Under coil packs, on top of the motor.
first check for juice. it sounds like your not getting power to the coil. check with a test light. if your not getting power work back to the source proboly a fuse of some sort in the engine compartment
In a way, it has coil packs which have wires connected to them. Each cylinder has its own ignition coil and the spark distribution is electronically controlled.
Yes
