five years or 100000 km what ever comes first
For best service and durability, 30,000 miles is recommended.
5000
Many VW Beetles from '98 to '05 don't have a traditional old-school radiator cap. The radiator fluid usually is poured into the radiator fluid recovery bottle. There should be a fill line on the bottle.
Transmission fluid will last roughly 70,000-80,000 miles so anywhere in there.
Automatic transmission fluid should be changed according to the manufacturer's suggestions. Many manufacturers suggest having the fluid changed at every 100,000 miles.
You do not need to worry about that. Toyota uses stable transmission fluid that can last way pass 150K miles. Unless you have problems with the transmission, you do not need to worry about it.
At 50,000 miles maximum is my recommendation. Your owner's manual may have a different mileage listed.
Depends on the car. They vary. Look in the handbook.
I have a 2005 Sorento with 104,000 miles. No issues. I do change the oil, transmission fluid, and other regular maintenance. I hope for over 200,000.

Transmission fluid. Many cars have a transmission cooler built into the radiator to cool the transmission fluid. Sometimes there is an internal rupture in the system spilling transmission fluid into the radiator thus mixing with the coolant.
