Many VW Beetles from '98 to '05 don't have a traditional old-school radiator cap. The radiator fluid usually is poured into the radiator fluid recovery bottle. There should be a fill line on the bottle.
there isn't a radiator drain plug. you have to remove the lower radiator hose from the radiator to do a drain and fill.
I guess thru the overflow container.
Fill it to within4 inches of the top and you will be good.
It would definitely help keep the engine from overheating.

The radiator overfill tank is the only spot to fill the radiator. There is no fill cap on the radiator itself.
It does not have one, If you look at the passenger side fender well under the hood you will see a clear plastic tank. Take the top off of it and fill the radiator up there.

The 2003 Nissan radiator petcock is located on the bottom of the radiator. The radiator petcock will be in the center of the radiator bottom.
