To fill the radiator of a 2003 VW Beetle, first ensure the engine is cool and remove the radiator cap. Pour a 50/50 mixture of coolant and distilled water into the radiator until it reaches the fill line. After filling, replace the radiator cap securely. Finally, run the engine for a few minutes to allow the coolant to circulate, then check the level again and top off if necessary.
Check at the end of lower radiator hose.
In your ass. Go die.
The 2003 VW Beetles did not use a radiator in their cars. Instead they had air cooled rear engine. Radiators were not used until 2004.
Follow top radiator hose to the engine & you will find it
At the to of the radiator.

Many VW Beetles from '98 to '05 don't have a traditional old-school radiator cap. The radiator fluid usually is poured into the radiator fluid recovery bottle. There should be a fill line on the bottle.
that's easy.... you don't... there inst a radiator on a beetle. its called an air cooled engine for a reason.
I paid 400 for my 98' vw beetle. Did I get ripped off?
