Improved Answer: It has four seats but is a two door vehicle. There is no 5th seat in the middle in the back because of the drive train for the AWD.
There is also a four door version of the R34 Skyline. It is a few inches longer tha nthe two door version. The four door edition has the same number of seats as the two door Skyline.
