Open the tailgate. There are two bolts on the right side, of your left tail light. Should be a 10mm socket or a Philips screwdriver can also be used to remove them. The light is clipped in still to the body. You have to push the light to the left while keeping the light square to the body and it will pop out. Its important to push the light to the left not pull. Of course reverse for the passenger / right side.

you can take the tail light out by unscrewing the wing nuts in the trunk, when all wing nuts are off pull the tail light out then take the light bulbs out to replace the tail light.
You can not, you will have to replace the entire tail light.

Open the trunk. Loosen the black thumb latch wing nuts that hold the tail light assembly in place. pull the tail light assembly out. You should be able to acces the tail light bulbs to replace them.
