One should be able to get a rear bumper for a Honda Civic through any civic dealer. Another place to get them is from a junk yard. Websites such as Parts Geek and eBay are also options.

Depends on if it's just the cover and if you do the remove and replace yourself. I did a 2008 Civic rear bumper cover for $250 (real Honda part) + $260 for painting. Took me about 1.5 hrs total - had to put the back of the car on stands , take the rear wheels off, remove the mudflaps, undo 6 bolts and remove the old one. Install was the reverse - needs 2 people to handle the new cover.

To remove the rear bumper from a Honda Jazz, first, ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and disconnect the battery for safety. Remove any screws or bolts securing the bumper, typically found in the wheel wells and beneath the tailgate. Carefully pull the bumper away from the clips that hold it in place, ensuring not to damage any wiring or components. Finally, lift the bumper off and set it aside.
The 2013 Honda Civic has 34.3 in. of rear head room.
