To reset the driving distance to empty on a 2012 Subaru Legacy, first ensure the vehicle is in the "On" or "Run" position without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the trip meter reset button on the dashboard until the display resets. This action typically recalibrates the fuel gauge, including the distance to empty reading. If needed, you can also try refueling the vehicle to help the system update.
Use the mother-in-law's vacuum...
After removing tank from car you can siphon fuel out.
10 gallon so I don't know the conversion but you should get 18mpg city and 24 highway so do the math
The 4wd is automatic in the 1992 Subaru Legacy Wagons. There is an empty fuse under the hood that has a cover that says FWD that can be used to disable the 4wd and force it to be in front wheel drive, but by default, there should not be a fuse in it. When there is a fuse in the FWD connector, the dashboard will have a warning light that says FWD, indicating that you do not have 4wd enguaged. If the light is not lit and you do not have 4wd then you have a transmission issue that will likey need the expertise of a transmission specialist. Check the transmission error codes (as opposed the the standard engine error codes.) They will likely help you pinpoint the problem.
Dte stands for distance till empty. This is a SUGGESTION of distance left on the tank.
Low as possible
For a BMW 5 Series, the tank holds about 70-liters both diesel and petrol. or 18.5 USG. The warning comes on early...if you keep driving, it will show zero, but the distance to empty will still show some distance on the gauge.
In a Dodge I believe it stands for Distance To Empty.
just keep driving. when it stops, you're empty.
you need to replace the fuses in the computer
This empty space is known as a gap or interval. It represents the distance or separation between two objects or elements.
